Native Instruments Kontakt 7 Is Now Compatible With macOS Sonoma

An update to last month’s angry rant about the constant macOS compatibility nightmare plaguing musicians’ computers

Last month I went on a hysterical rant about how annual macOS updates keep breaking our computers. Without blaming Native Instruments, I mentioned their Kontakt 7 sample player as a prime example of the problem, because so many sample developers license it for their libraries.

Well, six months after the current macOS Sonoma’s release, Kontakt 7 version 1.9 is now officially compatible.

Yay!
