No one can say Michael Whalen isn’t productive. In his career as an Emmy Award-winning composer and music supervisor, he has scored hundreds of film and television soundtracks and thousands of commercials. His album Sacred Spaces is slated for release on March 6. Michael’s studio in the Bronx (pictured on our January cover) is called The Piano Factory, where his instrument collection incorporates technology spanning two centuries, including classics like the Moog Model 15, Yamaha CS-20m, and ARP Quadra.
