If you’re a guitarist, it all depends on how you use technology. One guitarist who’s had decades of experience with technology is Adrian Belew. His list of credits reads like a Who’s Who of rock music. Over the years, he has played with Nine Inch Nails, David Bowie, Frank Zappa, Talking Heads, Paul Simon, and Laurie Anderson, among others. He’s probably best known as a member of King Crimson from 1981 to 2009. In this video, Adrian explains how he gets some of his signature sounds using a guitar and effects processing.
